20x20 acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas.  I read a ton of mythology when I was growing up.  There were all sorts of hybrid creatures-anubis (a jackal and a god), the minotaur (a guy with a bull head), Medusa (her wig was part hair and part snake).  This homage to those guys includes buffalo, raven, and octupus.  My wife asked why the buffalo has an octopus coming out of his butt.  I told her the octopus "was" his butt.
